If you are not completely satisfied with your online store purchase you can return and cancel your purchase within 15 days from your invoice date. You first need to contact us via our contact form . Send us information about the purchased product such as name and other additional details for the other item if you want to exchange it. It is important to wait for a response from our team. It is your responsibility to ship your product in the original box.

It will be the same amount of money that you paid for the one that you are returning.You will be able to use your coupon for more than one product and not at once. The other option is to receive money refund. We gurantee 100% money back refund, you only cover the shipping fee to Bulgaria.

To ensure that your product remains in the best possible condition, please observe the advices below.  We insure you, that if you follow our simple advices, you will not have problems with our jewellery and they will remain just as beautiful as they were when you first got them.
 
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Polish your jewelry frequently with a soft cloth and paraffin wax to maintain its original, lustrous finish.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the polish.
Put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
Avoid contact with water.
Avoid to put your jewellery under direct light of sun for long time.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the surface.
